RE/MAX 1st Advantage

Gene and Tim Costello, co-owners of RE/MAX 1st Advantage, have been in the real estate since 1959 and 1984 respectively. In 2005, Gene and Tim Dreamed big and made the decision to form their own company. They purchased a RE/MAX franchise. Gene and Tim, along with Cuong Dang (current Vice President) began their journey in March 2006, by leasing 5,000sqft and outfitting the entire space. RE/MAX 1st Advantage was born. RE/MAX 1st Advantage was established during one of the worst real estate markets in Central PA history. Together, Gene and Tim worked hard to find the best of the best staff and agents that would help move the company forward. Slow and steady, they worked every day to provide their agents with the support they needed to obtain listings and close sales.
