Repimex provides maritime port services such as stowage and cargo handling, machinery rental, weighing services, among others. Its services are mainly concentrated in Puerto Quetzal, on the Pacific coast, and in Puerto Santo Tomas de Castilla, on the Atlantic coast. Repimex has handled more than 70% of the volume of bulk cargo imported through Puerto Quetzal. Of this total, grains such as corn, wheat, rice and soybeans accounted for around 75%, and the rest being mainly fertilizers and steel products. Repimexs main clients include some of Guatemalas largest companies in diversified industries such as: food and beverages, fertilizers, agribusiness, among others. As part of its expansion strategy, Repimex developed in Puerto Quetzal, on the Pacific coast of Guatemala, a specialized port terminal for the unloading of bulk minerals called Terminal de Graneles Minerales (TGM).
