Founded in 2003, Republic of Soap originally started by manufacturing only natural cold-process hard bar soap in different styles. Over time, many new products have been developed that now represent a wide variety of items, ranging from standard hotel liquid biodegradable amenities to spa application/bulk and retail, moisturizers, scrubs, sun/after sun care, natural insect repellent, solid shampoo, body oils, candles, room fragrance, reed diffusers, natural deodorant, toothpaste, hand sanitizer and many more Republic of Soap is one of the very few Class A Cosmetics Manufacturing Facilities on the island of Bali that is approved by the Indonesian BPOM (which is the equivalent of the FDA/food&drug administration). This means that we have fully complied with the many rules and regulations regarding build quality/factory layout/environmental impact/production methods and standard operating procedures for all aspects of our facility.
