Resilient Pilot is a not for profit support service for aspiring and qualified pilots and cabin crew. Passionate volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and different airlines/operations provide mentorship to those considering training, in training already, newly qualified and awaiting that all important first job; and qualified pilots and crew regardless of experience. With wellbeing and diversity at its heart, Resilient Pilot mentors can be on hand to simply provide a connection to the industry. Particularly during the COVID 19 period.
