We help independent timeshare clubs and resorts to flourish by outsourcing their management. We offer a centralised back office covering customer service and reservations, maintenance fee billing and collections, financial reporting and budgeting, timeshare sales and rentals, and club and committee governance. We also manage the staff providing the front of house service together with the general housekeeping, maintenance and refurbishment of the resorts. We work with resorts in the UK and Europe, ranging from small 13 apartment resorts in niche locations through to larger resorts (up to 150 apartments) in the holiday destinations of the Costa Del Sol, the Canary Islands and the Algarve. We currently manage holiday resorts on behalf of 11 timeshare clubs and are a member of RDO and a TATOC affiliate.
