Restaurante Tortelli, an Italian restaurant, was established in Cali, Colombia in the year 2000 as a family-owned venture. Initially operating from home, Ximena Casasfranco and Maddalena Bozzetti, the founders of Tortelli, crafted and sold homemade pasta, which gained immense popularity. This led to the opening of their first restaurant. Presently, Tortelli has expanded to three locations across the city and employs a staff of 150 individuals. Tortelli specializes in stuffed pasta like tortelli and ravioli, but they also serve different house specialties like beef, pork, risotto, lasagna, and salads.
