Restena Foundation

The primary mission of the Restena Foundation is to interconnect and deliver services to organizations active in research and education, health, culture or administration in Luxembourg. In this role it delivers essential network and security services to its community, supporting Luxembourgs ambitions for research and education. It manages and develops a dedicated national network infrastructure connecting over 500 organizations at a bandwidth of up to 100Gbps. The same organizations can benefit from a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and associated services such as Domain Name System (DNS), email, hosting of physical and virtual machines or web sites. The Restena Foundation also supports research and education stakeholders in Luxembourg by being a center of excellence in carrying out its various projects.
