Resurgens Hospitality Group

Atlanta-based Resurgens Hospitality Group is owned and operated by Gina and Linton Hopkins. The couple opened Restaurant Eugene in 2004, followed by Holeman and Finch Public House and Holeman and Finch Bottle Shop. Their restaurants have received numerous accolades and the popularity of the cheeseburger at Holeman and Finch prompted the opening of three H&F Burger outposts in Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves. Late last year the first the first standalone H&F Burger and Hops Chicken opened at Ponce City Market, to great success. And most recently, the duo partnered with the Atlanta Botanical Garden to open Lintons, a full-service dining destination in the garden.
