The harmonious collaboration which gave rise to Revel Catering and Events began in 2010, when Executive Chef Desmond Arp and Event Producer Heidi Berenjfoorosh teamed up on several large-scale events. The synergy was apparent early on - while working through the endless details that comprise every event - as their individual talents seamlessly complimented each other. Chef Dezs cool, calm demeanor combined with Heidis creative flare and highly detailed organizational skills are the perfect blend. A passion for food and travel have influenced Chef Dez on his culinary journey, and this is what separates him from the crowd: he combines classic French technique with regional cooking traditions, ingredients, and spices.
