Revo Foods mission is to bring 3D Food Structuring to industrial scale for innovative new foods unseen before, with applications such as next-level meat alternatives. We developed the Revo Food Fabricator X2, which is the first machinery of its kind which allows the continuous production of 2 independent food materials (e.g. protein + fat) in shapes/forms which are not obtainable with more traditional production technology, leading to completely new food functionalities. In 2023, we launched the first product to showcase this technology, THE FILET - Inspired by Salmon, and are in the process of scaling the technology to larger volumes...
