Reward Consulting makes available to all companies and entrepreneurs the knowledge and tools that enhance and make their ideas or projects sustainable. The challenges imposed on entrepreneurs and companies are increasingly demanding. It is increasingly urgent to resort to outsourcing consulting services, in order to meet specific knowledge needs, both at a personal and organizational level. We have noticed that in Portugal most of the ideas do not reach the design stage and a high percentage of the projects/companies that result from them end up closing, due to lack of support and professional monitoring in decision making and in the definition of growth strategies and business sustainability.
