History The indigenous company formed a joint venture with Beijing Construction and Engineering Group International of China, a group with vested interests in infrastructural development, property development and engineering design. The new company boasts of a consortium of seasoned, highly motivated indigenous and expatriate professionals, who have acquired a reputation for excellence in service delivery within their various vocations.
