Since 1887 the Bologne distillery has been installed on a three-century-old cane plantation that stretches from the slopes of the Soufriere volcano to the shores of the Caribbean Sea. Heir to this long tradition, the Sargenton-Callard family has remained faithful to the craftsmanship of Bologne and has always sought to sublimate the expression of the terroir and the cane, the only guarantees of very high quality
