Ri is managed and led by Nick Chadd, Managing Director who boasts over thirty years in the Construction industry, starting out as an apprentice bricklayer and using his vision and experience to build the business he has today. Nick is very much a hands on director and maintains client relationships going back over many years. It is Nicks drive, passion and ambition that shapes the business and ensures its success in a tough marketplace. RIs Commercial Director is Matt Hanlan. Matt has a broad and extensive range of experience over many years encompassing both commercial and construction management. He works closely with Nick, heading up the commercial team to ensure that all commercial aspects are responsibly managed, this means continued progression for the company at a steady and established pace.
