Rural Initiative for Community Empowerment - West Nile (RICE-WN) is an indigenous Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that was found in 2004 as a community service provider for health, governance, environmental welfare and human rights. RICE-WN headquarters is located in Arua District Plot 3B Mvara-Oluko Road. RICE-WN has a Branch Office in Nwoya District Anaka Town Council.
