The platform is an initiative by Centre for Civil Society (CCS), Asias leading social think tank advocating for choice, competition and community-based policy reform. It is managed jointly by the Centre and Central Square Foundation (CSF). Centre for Civil Society is a public policy think tank advancing personal, social, economic and political freedoms.
