The Rio was built on the simple promise of providing that little bit of sanctuary any time you need it. It all began in 1986, when the town of Fort Collins was hungry for some good Mexican food and really thirsty for a decent margarita. Three guys from the Texas Gulf Coast served up something special, and that tradition continues today with seven great Colorado locations each having a flavor all its own. Our people have always been our secret ingredient. Treating each other well is our way of life.
