Riosoft is a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest ( OSCIP ) that actively participates in the institutional articulation developed by government entities and the private sector in order to strengthen the software segment in Rio de Janeiro , turning it into a major center for Information Technology . Based on this premise , Riosoft develops activities that sustain the demand of industry best practices in the state . The first is training , which provides companies and their employees ongoing opportunities to update knowledge and improve skills . Quality is another structuring action , which includes advice and support provided by Riosoft through various programs implementation activities .
