Rise Occupational Therapy is a community based service providing assistance to clients in their homes and local community. Rise OT aims to assist people to achieve functional independence & optimise their quality of life. We offer a range of services including (but not limited to): OT Driving assessments including vehicle modification and medical licensing recommendations Falls prevention assessments Assessment & prescription of mobility aids Review & recommendation of aids & assistive equipment ADL assessments Minor home modification recommendations We work with a range of funding bodies including NDIS, My Aged Care, CHSP, NIISQ and DVA.
