Risette is an informal fine dining Restaurant set within the elegant Casa Ellul, in the heart of Valletta. It is a tribute to the lady of the house. The kitchen is led by Chef Andrew Borg, previously Chef Patron at Black Pig Restaurant. His extensive experience in kitchens throughout Europe has complimented and developed his devotion for fine cuisine. With an emphasis on using the freshest produce, Risettes menu changes weekly.
