River House Restaurant & Raw Bar

River House will be Louisvilles premier riverfront dining destination. Developed by Chef John Varanese, the opening of this new restaurant, will fulfill his long awaited vision. Construction is now underway on the 27,000 sq. ft. space located at 3015 River Road, which was formerly used for boat storage. River House will give guests the sense of a charming house like feeling when they arrive at the front entryway featuring an indoor water wall, then proceed into the main dining area with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall overlooking the back courtyard and riverfront. Seating will also extend onto the back courtyard overlooking the river, providing options for both upscale casual diners and the boating community. The menu will feature regional cuisine with Southern flair and an emphasis on seafood with a raw bar.
