Riverside Management Group is a merchant banking boutique founded in 1996 which provides financial advisory services to companies, funds and entrepreneurs. We seek to leverage our experience in principal investing and managing businesses to provide expert advice to clients. We have assisted a variety of clients in the industrial, technology, hospitality and healthcare industries in achieving their financial and strategic goals and have completed transactions involving senior debt, mezzanine, debtor-in-possession, preferred equity, common equity and strategic advice. In select situations we have provided senior management services.
