We are working on over 1bn of projects on behalf of both the public sector, for global pension funds and global capital providers, co-investing alongside them where applicable. Our skills and experience are also provided on a selective basis to local authorities and banks seeking strategic help on their assets within city or town centres. We recognise that every location is unique; our solutions are tailored to the needs of all stakeholders, achieved through extensive consultation. A key test of this is that in our 25 year history we have never failed to secure the appropriate planning required.
