Rock Creek Property Group, LLC (Rock Creek) is owned by four real estate professionals, each with more than 30 years of industry experience. Rock Creek acquires, develops, leases and operates commercial real estate in the Washington, DC Metro area. We have acquired and developed a variety of property types including office, multi-family, retail, industrial and urban mixed-use assets. Our acquisition structures include fee simple transactions, joint ventures, foreclosure sales, and the acquisition of partnership interests. Rock Creeks principals have acquired and developed several million square feet of projects and invest a substantial amount of their own equity in each project while serving as the managing investment member for each ownership entity.
