Overview and Company History. Rocky Mountain Drilling has been a reputable, quality and safety driven drilling outfit for over 18 years based out of Vernal, UT. RMD has performed many projects not only in the Oil & Gas Industry, but also many projects for the Pennsylvania and Ohio Department of Transportation. We are an Approved Qualified Subcontractor for both. Although a large portion of out operations reside here, we are not exclusive to the area and can perform work anywhere there is a drilling need. From drilled shafts ranging from 18 to 10, to shoring up a road or setting a conductor, RMD has the drilling capability and background to complete any project efficiently and always on schedule. We have an extensive list of references for our work, and have the highest safety rating of any company in our industry.
