Roosevelt City Corporation

Roosevelt City is a six-member council form of government, with a City Manager appointed by ordinance. Located in northeastern Utah, Roosevelt City has a population of 7,000 people. It is centrally located among many other communities in Duchesne and Uintah Counties, and pulls in a population of approximately 20,000 for shopping, dining, and recreation. Roosevelt City is the energy hub of Utah and the heart of the Uintah Basin. Roosevelt City is vibrant and growing. There have been multiple annexations into the city in recent years. In 2017, we were recognized as a Business-Friendly City by Utah Governor Gary Herbert. We have received multiple awards, most recently Utah Construction and Designs 2018 Most Outstanding Municipal/Utility Project of the Year. We also boast many of the amenities you would expect to find in a much larger city.
