The owner, Mr. Andrew Shawn, has been an Administrator for over 35 years and holds a Masters Degree in Administration form Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ms. Jacqueline Thomson is a Licensed Administrator and Certified Social Worker who earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has been on the Rose Garden team for over 20 years. Our Nursing Department is overseen by Mrs. Alicia Fereno, who achieved a Masters Degree in Nursing and has guided our nursing department for well over two decades.
