In the heart of the D.C. area, Rosslyns convenient location, prominent companies and engaging community events drive the business and social interactions that foster a dynamic community and define Rosslyn as Arlingtons premier urban center. More than 20,000 employees work here in businesses ranging from locally grown, innovative startups to globally-recognized, Fortune 500 companies. Just across the river from D.C., this neighborhood sits at the nexus of several roadways, bike trails, and transit lines with direct links to major airports and easy access to the entire metro area. As a result, Rosslyn is a hub for social and economic activity. Since 2001, the Rosslyn Business Improvement District (BID) has worked to improve the neighborhood and directly support the areas businesses, employees and residents.
