ROSTAN Solutions, LLC, (ROSTAN) is a Florida Limited Liability Company tracing its origins to Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. (Malcolm Pirnie). In response to increasing client interest in the late 1990s, Malcolm Pirnie developed an emergency planning and disaster recovery management practice to assist its clients in addressing their disaster management needs. In 2006, Malcolm Pirnie created ROSTAN as a wholly-owned subsidiary. In 2009, after 109 years, Malcolm Pirnie merged with Arcadis US, Inc. (ARCADIS). In 2013, ARCADIS divested ROSTAN, and ROSTAN became an independent privately owned business. ROSTAN is a company with a history of providing critical assistance to our clients in their time of need.
