Rotaract Club of CINEC

Rotaract Club of CINEC Campus was chartered in 2018 under the leadership of our very first president Rtr Awanthi Thimbiripala along with the help of our sponsoring Rotary Club the Rotary Club of Sri Jayawerdenapura. The president of our parent Rotary Club Rtn Dr. Ruwan Thushara Matiwalage along with the District Rotaract Representative Rtr. PP. Mohamed Amjath Yoosuf at the time were instrumental in this process. During the first year the club focused on creating stability, to ensure longevity. The club was able to spread its influence among the Rotaract community to a considerable extent. Under the leadership of Rtr. Naveen Ranasinghe the club stepped into its second year of service. Under the theme always better together the club took steps to improve its membership and participation. The measures taken by the club made the membership grow in significant numbers.
