The Client Company is normally a Recruitment agency, IT-company or Technical service provider, who has a service level agreement with yet another company. Rothwell does not make any placement for reward and consequently, we never receive or charge any fee from the Client Company. Rothwell maintains an Accountant-Client-relationship with the Consultant and pride ourselves in our personalized level of service we provide. We guarantee that all obligations to deduct income taxes, levies and social charges on the income of the Consultant are taken care of.
