Royalton Partners is an authorised alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) providing portfolio and risk management for third party clients pursuing real estate, private equity, infrastructure and fund of funds strategies as well as debt funds within these asset classes. Royalton Partners was formed in 1996. Since the receipt of the AIFM license in May 2014, apart from the management of its own funds, Royalton Partners has developed a regulatory solution for other alternative investment funds (AIFs) affected by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) the Royalton Third Party AIFM Service, which provides access to the EU marketing passport for fund sponsors.
