RPM Fitness - Winthrop

Established in 2008, RPM Fitness is a family owned and operated full service facility. We moved in to our current home at 120 Banks Street in Winthrop in 2010 after spending two years as just a cycling facility, and we have been continuously expanding within the building since then. A yoga studio, a new cycling room, and more space in the open gym area have been added. We have stayed true to our roots, as cycling is still amongst our most popular classes, and is offered 1-2 times day! Although the RPM is class oriented, there is more than enough space and equipment for members to do any routine on their own! Owner Marie Hamilton recommends the classes saying, A lot of people come to class and its very supportive, especially for those just getting started.
