This simple concept was born out of the demands of customers like Nugget Market that require what they offer; Quality, Exceptional Service, and Overall Excellence. Sam Wilson, the founder of RSI, was heavily involved in building and servicing supermarkets and cold storage facilities during his years as a Refrigeration Technician.
