Rukundo International

Founded in January 2014, Rukundo International (RI) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in Uganda, and registered 501(c)3 with an all-volunteer staff in the United States. Rukundo works as a partner and advocate for Kyanamira, a small rural community in the Kabale District of Southwest Uganda. We focus primarily on women and children to help ensure the community will have the necessary resources to reach their full potential. Our projects are developed collaboratively with local government officials, community leaders, and the people of Kyanamira, considering sustainably as a critical element. Rukundo Preparatory School is the flagship program of Rukundo International. Our school provides primary education to over 100 children.
