RURAL INSTITUTE FOR SKILL EMPOWERMENT (RISE), is a skill development company, founded in the year 2015. RISE has been recognized as an Innovative Start-up by the central government under Start-up India scheme and is committed to create a skilled India through an array of innovative workforce solutions.
