Rural Leaders is focused on developing the leadership capability that enables our rural communities to flourish, and keeps New Zealand at the forefront of global agribusiness. Our role is to nurture and grow our Food and Fibre leaders through three of New Zealands foremost rural leadership programmes - the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme, the Nuffield NZ Farming Scholarships and the Value Chain Innovation Programme.
