A fair bit has changed since RuralMedEd started out in 2002 as Rural and Regional QLD Consortium when a group of groundbreaking rural doctors recognised the need to train doctors in their rural communities under the Australian General Practice Training Program. Today RuralMedEd offers four key programs and has a major partnership with Griffith University. Our programs consist of: Longlook the rural longitudinal clinical program for Griffith University School of Medicine and Dentistry medical students.
