Rutgers Undergraduate Women in Business - New Brunswick

Women in Business is a student-led organization dedicated to providing women with the opportunities, education, and skills necessary to succeed in a business environment. Founded in 2013 in affiliation with the Rutgers Business School, our mission is to empower women to understand and reach their highest potential while inspiring them to uplift and empower the lives of others. Our 3 Pillars: Leadership Women in Business encourages our members to act as examples and role models to other women. We support our members to one day become mentors for future generations by upholding the highest academic, professional, and ethical standards to ensure quality leadership. Community Women in Business strives to build a community amongst its members where women can seek help, advice, and support from one another.
