Rwanda Coding Academy

Rwanda Coding Academy (RCA) is a special model school incepted by the Government of Rwanda. It is hybrid of both general education and TVET. It teaches Software Development, Embedded Systems Programming, and Cyber-Security. Rwanda Coding Academy is located in Nyabihu District, Western province. It was established on Jan. 28th, 2019 by the Govt of Rwanda. and was put under management of Rwanda Polytechnic (RP). Rwanda has embraced technology and is now preparing its young population for the future by launching a coding academy. The schools motto born to code encourages young people interested in coding to pursue it as a career. The academy focuses on cyber security and software programming, and 28 girls and 32 boys enrolled in the first intake.
