S3 Hotel Group is an Orange County, CA based hotel company. We own, manage, and develop high quality, select service hotels. We have the discipline and organizational skills of a large company, yet the speed, nimbleness and entrepreneurial spirit of a small company. We have close to 300 team members, who are the backbone of our company. Our vision is to continue to grow organically, brick by brick, and simultaneously provide a home away from home for our team members where they can continue to grow in every sense of the word.
