SAAFs Ward Activation program makes citizens aware of the local body public budgets, civic duties and form collectives to hold their government accountable, hold dialogues over development and resolve civic issues by cultivating principled leaders for advocacy and action which also helps electoral bodies to address lower voter engagement. Program focuses on a livelihood model for hyper local leaders (who we would call The Public Worker) with an organizational growth plan who are motivated to create mini to mid-scale public movements so that people own their development and create a sense of ownership for a sustainable city
