Sabathani Community Center (SCC), long known as the heart of South Minneapolis, is one of Minnesotas oldest African American founded nonprofits. SCC is dedicated to generating resident-powered solutions, and to creating a sustaining supportive mechanisms for individual and collective self-improvement and positive engagement. Our missiongrounded in our engagement with, service to, and advancement of the South Minneapolis communityis to provide people of all ages and cultures with essential resources that inspire them to improve their lives and build a thriving community.
