SafeWork NSW is the NSW Government workplace health and safety regulator. We work with the NSW community to reduce work related fatalities, serious injuries and illnesses and make it easier to do business safely. We also offer free advice on improving workplace health and safety, issue licences and registration for potentially dangerous work, investigate workplace incidents and enforce work health and safety laws.
