Saffron Teaching School Hub

Saffron Teaching School Hub is a partnership of former Essex Teaching School Alliances, strategic school and Trust partners, Essex County Council and Curriculum Hubs who are all dedicated to supporting the profession. Saffron TS Hub is one of 87 Teaching School Hubs across England. The TS Hubs have replaced the previous network of around 750 teaching schools, which ended in August 2021. The Saffron TS Hub area (EE1) covers the Essex local authority districts of Braintree, Chelmsford, Epping Forest, Harlow and Uttlesford, with 256 primary, secondary and special schools. The work of the Saffron TS Hub is about ensuring that the capacity and expertise we have across all our primary and secondary schools are used effectively to ensure that all pupils thrive and schools prosper.
