The Project SAIHAM COTTON MILLS LIMITED was initially incorporated as Saiham Spinning Mills Ltd as a private limited company on May 30,2002 vide incorporation No.: C-459289(2401)/2002 and with effect from April 16,2003 the name of the company has been Changed to its present name ie Saiham Cotton Mills Limited .The Company has been converted into a public limited company on April 25, 2010. The Company received consent for raising capital through IPO from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission on December 18, 2011 . On completion of the IPO compliance the company was listed with the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd & The Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd & its share trading started in both the stock exchanges on June 24, 2012 . The primary objective of the company is to manufacture of 100% exportoriented cotton yarn of various counts for export market.
