A collection of six restaurants and bars in London, specialising in all things Spanish and Italian, with a focus on charcuterie, cheese, small dishes and exceptional wines. Salt Yard Group comprises Dehesa, Ember Yard, Opera Tavern, Salt Yard Fitzrovia, Salt Yard Borough Market and Salt Yard Westfield Shepherds Bush. Each have their own distinct in decor-style, atmosphere and menu. At Salt Yard Group our mission is simple to provide delicious food in a relaxed environment where the staff excel in friendliness, efficiency and product knowledge.
