Sama as the name suggest, means Balance in Sanskrit. Thats what we promote. A balanced health and fitness, a lifestyle that maintains a WORK - LIFE balance. Sama was a thought created by Reshma Bhoir, who has an indept knowledge of the fitness industry since past 30 years. She started as an 1st aspiring female bodybuilder in 1996, ever since she has been into training and coaching and transforming innumerable individuals in their fitness journey. She is also a Co Founder of a gym equipment manufacturing brand Hardcore Fitness since 2003. This brand has sold Pan India, UAE and now supplying to South Africa.
