SAMBICA

The Sammamish Bible Camp Association (SAMBICA) began as a young peoples conference in 1919. Founded by members of the Swedish Tabernacle Church, SAMBICA is now a not-for-profit, non-denominational Christian camp and conference center. For over 99 years, SAMBICA has gone through many phases of growth and development to achieve the current level of high-quality programs that benefit our campers and the surrounding community. SAMBICA is no longer a remote camp nestled in the woods; it is now immersed in suburbia. SAMBICAs 30+ buildings are spread over 11 acres on the shores of Lake Sammamish in Bellevue, Washington. Today, SAMBICA exists to be a light on the lake, inspiring youth to a relationship with Jesus Christ. SAMBICA provides both overnight camps, day camps, and a high school leadership program during the summer months.
