Samvaad - The Debating Society

Samvaad, The Debating Society of School of Law, NMIMS, Indore Campus is a student governed committee, established with intrinsic value of the Ancient Indian Philosophy of Vedic Shastra- : which literally means Truth is discovered and assimilated or realized by debates and discussions, The committee was established in 2020. Samvaad aims to facilitate an inclusive and accessible platform for the new generation of aspiring lawyers by encouraging them to think wisely, to talk valiantly, and to debate logically. Till now, the committee has organized various events at University as well as National level. It includes debates in various formats, commonly Conventional Debates, Turncoat Debate, Asian- Parliamentary Debate, workshops on Asian-PD etc. Samvaad is not just a committee of students, but its a community of thoughtful and enthusiastic individuals who aim to inculcate the most important skill of being a lawyer - Debating
